Rented from the Don for a year and had a great experience. The property was good value and he was responsive whenever something needed sorting.
Great year with best in the business 💪
Don has been a great landlord over the last year; very efficient at resolving issues and responding to our requests. Would definitely recommend!
Very happy all year round!
My housemates and I lived in one of Don Properties houses this past year. It was a really great place in an excellent location for university. Any issues we had were responded to really quickly and Don was in good contact all year. At the beginning of our tenancy the last tenants had really messed up the place and Don Properties dealt with all the issues really promptly and in a way which we were all happy with. I’d recommend Don Properties to any students looking to rent in Leeds.
Great experience, fast help and reasonable prices!
He was a good landlord. Easy to contact and would sort out issues quickly. Has an office attached to the property which also helps to sort stuff quickly as he’s next door. His properties are well furnished as well with good storage.
great landlord, always on it with maintenance call outs and any other issues that need attention, sound guy , would definitely recommend!
Very nice and understanding landlord who helped with any problem that showed up around the house. Had a very nice year with them.
Good letting agency, always quick to respond to any concerns and fully investigated everything in regards to getting our deposit back. Would recommend to any students.
