I lived in one of Don’s properties for over a year, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better landlord. Whenever myself or one of my housemates had an issue, it was dealt with quickly and professionally. The house was furnished to a great standard, and any maintenance was always handled promptly. When there was a break-in at a nearby property, Don immediately arranged for a new lock to be fitted, which gave us all extra peace of mind. He was always cheerful, approachable, and genuinely cared about his tenants. He even came to help when I accidentally locked myself out! The maintenance team were absolute angels—friendly, reliable, and always willing to help. The whole company has such a positive atmosphere, and every member of staff I dealt with was amazing. I’ll genuinely miss living there and would highly recommend Don and his team to anyone looking for a landlord who truly cares about their tenants.
