Dwell Leeds Estate & Letting Agents

Unfortunately i feel obligated to write this review to warn future potential renters about the issues i faced with Dwell at the end of my tenancy. I rented a flat through Dwell for just over a year. Nothing was raised with me at check-out, and the check-out report their own inspector completed recorded every section of the property, including cleanliness and the mattress, as unchanged from the check-in inventory, with no deductions noted. Despite that, I was later billed for cleaning and a mattress nearly two months after leaving. When I declined, I was told I'd agreed to pay on a phone call I have no record of. I disputed the charges through Reposit, submitted both inspection reports, and an independent adjudicator found in my favour, I owed nothing. My advice to anyone renting through Dwell: keep your check-in inventory and check-out report, and read them carefully. If charges are raised that the reports don't support, you're entitled to dispute them.

Photographer 'Chanel' came along today to take photos of the house I am living in at the moment. Feeling quite emotional/nostalgic with regard to leaving after living here for a very long time. Chanel completely understood. She took lots of lovely photos and really made the day so much better. It was a pleasure to meet her.

I met Sohail today at a property, he was really ice and showed me around the property and explained everything I needed to know. He is a good agent.

Never use this company do nothing but rip you off all repairs they done are well below standard and subcontracted to cheapest tender and then they charge landlords double Staff are rude and rarely answer the phone Management are absolute joke Still waiting for a settlement for work from last year!!
