Levi Fowler came to value our house yesterday and we were extremely impressed with his highly professional service. He gave us valuable advice and clearly explained the sales process. They have time to post lots on social media but not actually respond to enquiries, that tells me everything I need to know.

I highly recommend Fowler and Powell- the service I received from them was outstanding. From the first viewing to completion, they were thorough, thoughtful and professional. They were there to answer any question I had and went above and beyond to support me through the purchasing process, which turned out to not be as straightforward as expected. EDIT: Owner has responded to this review with a bunch of lies, we reported the issue with the roof in June, when there was no "Winter weather".<br><br>If you are looking for a property and see these guys, avoid at all cost, they are cheap/lazy/incompetent, they have actively put our health at risk by refusing to address clear issues in our house, they seem to be ignoring all issues in the house. Also, when we moved in, the house was absolutely disgusting and they refuse to accept any responsibility for it. Have included photos of issues they ignored.

Our Customer Journey:<br><br>Over the years, we have used several estate agents to buy and sell both our rental properties and our current home. Last year, we were recommended Fowler and Powell by someone who works within the estate agency industry.<br>Our previous experiences with high‑street estate agents had all been very similar: they photographed the property, listed it on Rightmove, arranged viewings, and often sent different staff members each time—meaning we had to repeat the same information over and over again. Once a sale or purchase was agreed, we found ourselves constantly chasing for updates.<br>Fowler and Powell were a complete game changer. The difference in service compared with other high‑street agents was like night and day.<br>Our first meeting was with Levi. He did not pressure us into signing with them. He carried out a thorough walk‑through of our property and provided a realistic valuation—rather than the inflated valuations we had experienced with other agents, which later led to price reductions.<br>Our next meeting was with Nicky, who was assigned to our property. After we signed the contract with her, she took the time to explain the full sales process clearly. She helped prepare our home for photographs and set up a WhatsApp group that included us and the Fowler and Powell team, ensuring everyone stayed informed and on the same page. Nicky handled every viewing personally, and we never had to repeat any details. She took all the pressure off us, and we are extremely grateful. Thank you, Nicky.<br>Once our sale was agreed, we were introduced to Amelia, who acted as the link between us and our buyers. She kept us updated on every single detail and chased solicitors whenever needed. In fact, for the property we are purchasing, we’ve had to chase that estate agent ourselves—highlighting just how exceptional Amelia has been. I chose Fowler and Powell after a recommendation from my golf teacher! And I’m so glad I took his advice.<br><br>I was assigned Caitlyn to help rent out my property in Leeds and I cannot recommend her highly enough.<br><br>She secured a tenant after just 1 viewing, which exceeded all of wildest expectations. Any query I had - she usually either answered straight away, or within a few hours (also thanks to Kara!!). This really gave me the peace of mind everything was going smoothly and I was updated every step of the way.<br><br>Caitlyn also took on additional requests such as plumbing work, EPC certificates and safety certificates to ensure I didn’t have to project manage all of those in addition to a full time job, moving responsibilities and other personal commitments. This took a weight off my shoulders and was all sorted within a week.<br><br>Hand on heart - I could not have asked for more, and I have worked with 3 other estate agents in Leeds and none have come close to the service Caitlyn has provided to me. Caitlyn has been exceptional. She is on the ball,swift to act where necessary,able to think laterally and is highly intelligent and very good at her job. She understands my needs as the landlady and also the needs of my tenants . I feel she has looked after the tenants really well while ensuring my interests are protected . She is great!
