Hello everyone,<br><br>I want to share my experience with this company—if you can even call it an agency.<br><br>At first, they kept calling me. I ignored them several times, but eventually they convinced me to sign a one-year contract as a landlord so they could manage my property and find tenants. Since it was my first time renting out a property, there were a lot of things I didn’t know, and unfortunately I overlooked some important details in the contract.<br><br>They found tenants, but they rented the house out by individual rooms, which is not very convenient. Later, the person who had passed the referencing checks moved out and left someone else living there instead. As far as I understand, this is a breach of the tenancy agreement.<br><br>The tenants often pay late, but even when they do pay and send me proof of payment, the agency still delays transferring the rent to me. They ignore my calls and don’t respond to my messages.<br><br>I even went to their office, where I was told that someone would call me back within five minutes. They did call and promised to sort everything out immediately, but another week has passed and I still haven’t been paid. Now they’re telling me they will send me an email explaining what they are going to do, while they continue holding my money.<br><br>This has been happening every single month. I still have five months left on my contract with them, and I honestly don’t know how this will end. I have a feeling they’re going to cost me even more money.<br><br>At least it has been a valuable lesson, and my advice is simple: avoid this agency and choose a professional one that keeps its promises and does its job properly.<br><br>Hart Estate has been completely unprofessional in my experience, and I would strongly advise anyone considering them to stay away.

Rafeena and Aneesha were amazing, managed to find a tenant and move him in in less than a week. Their work is amazing

They put a flier through our door despite us being with a different estate agent, to try and convince us to switch, making it sound like they had a buyer. I phoned and discovered that they didn't have a buyer, so said no thank you, but then they saved my phone number without my consent and started calling me every day.

Her communication was excellent from start to finish, and I always felt informed and supported. The process of moving into a new property can be quite challenging, but Rafeena @ Haart, Leeds was very helpful in making sure i had a smooth move in. Even when she was on holiday, she still responded to emails sent, and made phone calls where necessary. I was highly impressed, thank you Rafeena.

I had a wonderful experience in setting up, finding tenants and starting the new tenancy. I had a very difficult experience with my previous letting agents. Rafeena really helped out alot, was always available and approachable. Thank you!
