Big ups to the Hunters team in helping me move apartments at the earliest notice and being extremely accommodating during my move. Rahul Roda has been very friendly and prompt in addressing any issues I’ve had with the apartment, as well as overseeing the move.

1. Not transparent, even though they have a duty to disclose issues with the property once asked.<br><br>Eg. When I asked why is a 2-bed in the city centre is only £995 (when I already knew the answer being ongoing construction site), they were purposely very vague.<br><br>He emailed, "Regarding the prices, there are a number of factors affecting a valuation of a property which include size, conditions, time of year, building etc."<br><br>2. Get clients names mixed up and books you in for the wrong viewings. Eg. I asked to see a £995 2 bed property but they linked me to a £1300 property. I had to correct them.<br><br>They also kept emailing me and calling me Chris when I said several times I am not Chris. Worrying early signs of poor communication, little to no client care.<br><br>3. Viewings are incomplete - why schedule a viewing of the property, only for me to turn up and that is when you say there is a communal laundry room but I am not allowed to view it. After the viewing I emailed back and this was their response:<br><br>"The communal laundry rooms are on the stairs, one per floor. At the moment we don’t have capacity for second viewings unfortunately.<br><br>I made it clear from the beginning of my enquiry that I wanted to find a quiet home to rent and no drama. Clearly, the initial contact and viewing experience already hints there will be drama, probably worse if I did sign a contract with Hunters.

Amazing experience organising a flat rental. Suzi, Jade and Alessandro couldn’t have made the experience any easier for us!

Incompetent and inhumane.<br><br>The sales team are slick, and Suzi's lovely. But for renters, maintenance doesn't exist. Issues with the electrics and lighting raised before moving in were not resolved during the tenancy, and they even tried to charge me for it on moving out! Fortunately, there was a stack of evidence against them.<br><br>3 months in, rats started entering through a hole in an external wall. For 9 months, Hunters did nothing, and even found it funny on moving out 'oh, we best fix this before anyone else moves in, ha-ha'. That's despite pleading with them 6 months in, prior to a hospital operation, to fix the issue - as swarms of flies would appear after putting poison down, which was a massive risk with a wound that needed nurses to come and dress daily!<br><br>Faulty dish-washer for the last couple of months, fixed on the day I vacated!<br><br>Incompetent and inhumane.

We have used Hunters letting agents Leeds for 7 years and have always found them very helpful. I would particularly like to recognise Suzi Pasque who always responds to my requests and has provided me with very useful information. I would recommend Hunters Leeds as letting agents.

Alessandro really helped me throughout my application process. He is very proactive and efficient in his work of working. Highly recommended!!!

I’ve been renting through Hunters for 6 months now and it’s definitely a step up from any other Leeds agency!<br>When I first moved in there were quite a few issues in the flat, however, Rahul has been very responsive to all of my FixFlo reports.
