Linley and Simpson were incredibly helpful throughout the entire process of helping us find a property to rent. The team is clearly very experienced and guided us through every step with expert advice and support. As a landlady who lives over an hour from my rental property in Leeds, i use Linley and Simpson for my letting agents. I have used their services for over 5 years and have always found them helpful, efficient and very professional. All maintenance and tennant issues are dealt with quickly and they keep me informed regually re anything regarding my property. If any work does need doing, they are quick to act and find most quotes reasonable as they have an in house team of maintenance trades. I have dealt with many staff members but recently as the property needed to be relet, ella has been really great at communication and advice. Charlie, mark and a couple of others are also very good, but ella especially has made a great contribution to finding suitable new tennents. As someone who cant be over to look after my property ,I have no hesitation in recommending Linley for letting services.
