We used monroe to buy our new home. We were really pleased with how responsive and friendly Tiyana was when submitting and negotiating our offer. She listened to all of our concerns and position on price, and helped to get answers and represent us to the seller really well. Once the offer was accepted, Danni took over as the sales progressor and she was amazing at moving things forward. She was patient with our endless questions and helped us organise several damp quotations, specialist surveys etc, which was really helpful. I felt I could WhatsApp or call her about anything, which put us at ease during a stressful process. Really late in the process there was some issues with the deposit which Danni helped unlock so quickly despite solicitors being unable to fix for several days. We were so thankful and lucky to have Danni on the case! Overall, we just had such a good experience, really competent and trustworthy people who were very friendly and down to earth. Will definitely use them again in future if we ever want to move from our gorgeous new home.

Everybody at Monroe's has been fantastic, but especially Kiera and Leanna. I found them very efficient from first meeting to getting the property on the market, to getting a good sale and managing all the hassle through to completion. They were very innovative in how they marketed the property and I believe this was key in getting good quality viewings from around Leeds, but also a lot further afield. Thank you.
