Awful communication - avoid if you can. Tried ringing them every day last week, multiple times a day, to book in a viewing and got told somebody would be in touch. They weren't. Finally got a viewing for this Friday and have now been told the property has already been let. If they'd picked up the phone and booked me in last week, this could have been avoided. Communication has been non-existent. Would give zero stars if possible.
