The Agency

I was urgently calling up a variety of Leeds agents as I tried to find a flat before I moved cities. Out of all the agents I spoke to on the phone, Luke at The Agency was the best. He is responsive, polite, friendly and knowledgable - both on the phone and via email. He is also very organised, showing me a range of properties during my viewing slot, and was even able to accomodate the timing and route/location to ensure I was not late to the next viewing I had with another agent. Overall I am very pleased with the service I received.

I had an excellent experience with The Agency my move in was smooth, they made sure everything was ready on time which really helped me settle in. During my tenancy their maintenance support was outstanding using their tenant portal and issues dealt with and kept me uptodate with progress. Abi especially was super helpful at move out. She sent me a tenant move out guidance which I followed, I called her to check a few things and nothing was too much trouble, and resulted in no bond deductions which was refreshing compared to other agents I’ve used in the past. There are a few comments on here about unfair bond deductions, that is not my experience. I followed their advice which was in my best interests to do so. I would recommend them, they’ve been consistently professional, responsive and supportive from start to finish!

Although we did not end up renting through The Agency, if our decision was solely based on the agent we wanted to go with, rather then the property, we would’ve chosen to go with Luke, 10x over. We found Luke to be extremely knowledgable and personable, remembering small details we had only told him once, weeks prior. I have worked in lettings for five years, and can honestly say Luke is one of the best Lettings Consultants I have come across. Any landlord would be lucky to work with him. Had a really positive experience letting a property from this agency, they are professional, friendly, quick to respond & fair. We had a bit of a complicated situation & had to terminate our tenancy early but they did everything they could to find a new tenant quickly & made the process very easy for us. Everyone we dealt with was great but particularly would like to mention Charlotte who is a credit to this company. Would definitely recommend using them as a letting agency!

I’ve been a tenant with The Agency in Leeds for a while now and am currently renting my second property with them - I honestly couldn’t be happier! From the start, the team have been friendly, professional and incredibly responsive. Any questions or maintenance requests are dealt with quickly, and they always make you feel like nothing is too much trouble. Renting can sometimes feel stressful, but The Agency have made everything easy and straightforward. I really feel looked after and in safe and friendly hands!
