I am very pleased with virtue as my estate agents. I was new to Leeds and was nervous upon receiving the keys. The property was very clean. I have been renting with them for 6 months and they have addressed all of my issues promptly.
My experience was amazing. I rented one of their property for a year and their service was prompt. They were truly understanding and really made my stay easy. One of the best out there.
My experience with Virtue Estate Agents was extremely disappointing. Their service was very poor from start to finish — communication was slow and unhelpful, promises were not kept, and I constantly felt left in the dark. Professionalism was lacking, and they showed little care or attention to detail. I would not recommend this agency to anyone looking for reliable and trustworthy service.
