Great experience from start to finish! Freya was friendly and informative during the viewing, Alex was very helpful throughout the application and contract signing, and Matt made the key handover smooth while clearly explaining everything we needed to know. Great experience renting with Zenko! Martin conducted several viewings with me when I was looking for a flat in the city centre and he was so lovely and really helpful during the whole process of viewings and signing a property. We've had a few maintenance issues in the flat and they've all been dealt with super efficiently. Best experience we've had with a lettings company 💕
I dealt with a variety of estate agents when moving to Leeds, and the overall service provided by the agents at Zenko was the best. Martin, Freya and Matt in particular were extremely knowledgeable, organised and friendly. I feel very well looked after in their hands.
