I dealt with a variety of estate agents when moving to Leeds, and the overall service provided by the agents at Zenko was the best. Martin, Freya and Matt in particular were extremely knowledgeable, organised and friendly. I feel very well looked after in their hands. If I move again, I will definitely have a strong preference for properties managed by Zenko and this team. 5 stars is not enough!

My experience with Zenko was great and everyone I interacted with was friendly and helpful. They called within minutes of me expressing interest in the property on Rightmove. After arranging a viewing, Martin met me at the property and was very friendly and professional. I am especially grateful to Martin as he has been helpful throughout the process even when he didn't need to be. I would recommend Zenko any day!

From the outset, the team demonstrated a genuine commitment to finding the right rental property for us in Leeds, rather than simply securing tenants and moving on. His transparency was particularly appreciated, including his honest advice regarding neighbourhood characteristics, such as areas that may be noisier in the evenings. During the referencing process, we encountered complications with the referencing company. Martin and Holly were proactive and persistent in liaising on our behalf, ensuring the matter was resolved as efficiently as possible. Their communication and dedication throughout this period were greatly appreciated. We have now been living in the property for over six months, and on the occasions where maintenance issues have arisen, the service has continued to exceed expectations. In particular, Matt K has been highly responsive and proactive in coordinating repairs and ensuring that matters are resolved swiftly. Unlike previous experiences with other agencies, reporting a concern to Zenko has been straightforward and reassuring. Responses are typically received within a matter of hours, and issues are addressed promptly and effectively rather than being left unresolved with "we're looking into it".

Highly recommend Zenko! Our property manager Olivia has been amazing for us so far. Always has the answers to my many questions and overall has been incredibly helpful. Martin was the one who initially showed me the property and managed to make his schedule work with my viewing availability. Showed me all around the property and stayed in contact after to keep me updated. Top company with some great people!
