We used Newtons removal after getting a competitive quote from Neil and Clare who actually came out personally to see the what the job entailed , they were friendly, open and honest about everything, all our questions were answered and put us at ease about the move . They turned up to pack our stuff up as promised and on time. The guys were absolutely fantastic from start to finish, I was kept informed every step of the way. Nothing was too much trouble. Carl came to see us and talked through what we were hoping for from our move and the level of service we wanted. A detailed, competitive quote followed within a few hours. Our moving day was changed quite a few times but that wasn’t a problem as Claire advised us of availability at all times so we knew what dates we could work with. On the actual day we moved Carl, Tom and Danny worked so hard and nothing was too much trouble for them. The care they took over our belongings was fantastic and we had nothing damaged in transit. All of our furniture that needed dismantling was done quickly and without any problems. Once we were at our new property, the lads were incredibly organised and before we knew it, everything was reassembled and other than unpacking our boxes we were good to go. My husband, who is a typical Yorkshire man and tight with his money, said that of all the fees we had paid for this move , Newtons was the best money he’d spent. Through their humour and professionalism, they actually made what could have been a really stressful day a piece of cake! I cannot praise the team highly enough. It is very rare that a company exceeds the promises they make to you when they are vying for your business. Newtons Removals did exactly this from the very start. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Thanks to the whole team for your collective efforts.

5 star Review Newtons Removal Services have recently moved the contents of my house, garage and shed 160 miles away. Neil is the boss, he or his deputy go on every trip. Every job is organised and managed in fine detail by Claire. They promptly answer and fulfil every query with a can-and-will-do solution. Communication with each other and with their hand-picked, long-standing team is excellent. They are all knowledgeable, experienced, helpful, efficient, and show responsibility and care with all packing, including fragile items. All carpets etc are protected. They are a great team, courteous at all times – rarely checking personal mobiles. They work consistently, constantly, hard and quickly showing respect for property and items. Boxes are labelled with contents guide and loading is designed to facilitate unloading at destination. They moved my washing machine and tumble dryer and arranged cleaning of the area after I had left. They work in all weathers, are totally trustworthy and reliable in all respects, always helpful if there is a problem. They will even do a tip run. This is an established family firm with high standards and provide a genuine service with expertise, experience and ability. At age 80, after nearly 60 years in my former property, they made moving a breeze. MN
