My experience with the Family Roofing Company was excellent from initial phone call to completed repair. We had a problem with a remote-controlled Velux window. They arrived at the arranged time, explained the problem in a clear and friendly manner and then fixed it. I would highly recommend this company to anyone requiring work in the Sheffield area

We had an ongoing leak around one of our chimneys which two successive roofing companies had not fixed appropriately and the problem continued. I found the Family Roofing Company after searching for the best roofing companies in Leeds. Paul and Josh attended to fix the problem, they described the problem to me in detail, showed photographs of the problem, and this was followed at the end of the work by further photos of how these problems have been addressed. They worked efficiently and without creating mess in the work area and kept me informed throughout.<br>The work looks to have been undertaken to a high standard, and on the basis of my experience so far I would be happy to recommend the Family Roofing Company.

I needed a small hole in my roof sealing up and came across The Family Roofing Company. I have to say the service was excellent start to finish. From the first phone call, to the site visit, to the efficient repair itself. Price was better than I hoped, and then this morning I get thank you cake in the post! You don’t find many trades that take the time and effort to really deliver good customer service, but these guys definitely do. Will definitely recommend to family and friends.

Excellent service from The Family Roofing Company. What we believed was a small issue with the gutters soon escalated into a full re roof due to the extension roof pitch being insufficient for the tiles in situ. This even included three Velux windows recently fitted which apparently were also unsuitable for such a low-pitched roof – who knew! Options clearly explained and rather than opt for a flat roof solution which we felt would not suit aesthetically, they were able to source a special tile crafted solely for problems such as ours which was duly sourced along with three new windows.<br><br>Really happy with the result. Special mention to Paul, Josh and Sam who worked wonders. Friendly, hard working and cleaned up after the skip and scaffolding had been removed – thank you.<br><br>Great company to deal with, thanks to Lee for being understanding and helping sort a couple of issues caused when the scaffolding was erected – these were corrected without any challenge which was very much appreciated.<br><br>In summary, would highly recommend The Family Roofing Company, real old fashioned customer service at its best and we are glad we found them.
