We had a camera installed by this company three years ago, and we are absolutely delighted with it! The night vision is incredible, we can see everything in full color, almost as if it were daytime. For three years, the cameras have been working perfectly without a single issue. Recently, we changed our internet provider, which disconnected the camera. I messaged the company on Messenger explaining that I couldn’t access the footage on my phone, and they helped me out quickly and easily. Amazing customer service and top-quality equipment. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience with this company from start to finish. They carried out a full site survey and handled everything we needed — fire alarms, emergency lighting, fire extinguishers, fire risk assessments, CCTV, intruder alarms, access control, and automatic gates. Sorry for the late review, problem seemed be their end,<br>We had 3 cameras fitted by 1 of their fitters he was very professional at his job installing & clearing up after himself all in all only took a few hours to fit & tidy up, we had a run down of the working of the cameras. What an absolute gem of a company. From start to finish the whole process was communicated well planned well and on install day Trev was amazing very polite courteous and explained why the sensors were in the locations they were in, tested whole system and explained everything to me. Andrew was prompt and professional. He worked meticulously and answered the many questions that I had regarding the cctv and alarm install. He showed me how each component worked, walking through each step until I understood. He even cleaned up after the work. Would highly recommend his services

Poor customer service. Poor subscription adherence. They will no doubt reply saying they tried to call but that was after months of me asking yet still paying. I wouldn’t recommend them or their cameras.<br><br>Changing to 4 stars as the above is still true, however Rob resolved things to the best of his ability.
