Very happy with the service provided by Future Power. A very competitive quote for 17 x 475W Panels + Inverter + 11Kw Battery supported by an excellent instillation team. Already seeing the savings during this recent sunny weather! Would definitely recommend to any considering Solar Panels.
Turned up, did job, fuss free, mess free, polite and attentive staff from initial contact to finish of instal. Bit sceptical about solar, all explained very clearly, obviously beneficial, very happy with decision and outcome. Would thoroughly recommend Future Power Team!
I'm very pleased with my experience with FPT.<br><br>Kane, the rep who came to my house, was knowledgeable and personable and not pushy at all.<br><br>The fitters were professional, clean and neat and did a good install job.<br><br>The office team have been efficient throughout.<br><br>The panels themselves are working well, charging the battery and saving me money.<br><br>I would definitely recommend this company to friends and family considering solar and battery solutions.
This is the second time Future Power have worked on my property. Both times I received helpful advice and their work was professional.
I had an awful experience of dealing with these guys. I asked them to fit a car charger to integrate with my home solar which was already installed.<br>You'd think that by getting the experts in you could leave them to get on with things, and understand your needs without having to have everything specified, but apparently not.<br>The initial charger they installed failed, through no fault of theirs and was eventually replaced by the manufacturer. That was almost a year ago.<br>Since then it's been a constant stream of trying to understand why things aren't working as they should, and all I get back is second of third hand reasons and excuses.<br>It took me to plough through the manuals to work out what the issue was, only for them to variously claim this wasn't a requirement, then offer to resolve it, then ignore it, then decide to charge a stupid amount to do the final tiny bit of work, clearly just to get me off their back.<br>Rubbish installation, terrible customer service, would not recommend
Really great experience from beginning to end. No pressure quote, excellent price and quick and efficient install. Couldn’t be happier!
Excellent service from initial contact through to installation and certification. Very pleased with our new solar panel and battery system.<br>Would recommend without reservation.<br>Thank you Future power Team
If I have to surmise my experience in as short a form as possible, it's this...<br><br>"Trust this company to do a great install for you".<br><br>Now if you're like me you'll be crawling across t'internet absorbing every YouTube video you can find, and you'll question at every turn the design that Future Power and Kane came up with for your install. That's human nature, it's a lot of money we're forking out here.<br><br>Kane's advice to me was simple "step away from the internet"<br><br>It was almost like this was his job and he knew how to do it. Meanwhile I was like an excited child that had just learnt how to ride a bike and I was now an expert and telling everyone how it should be done.<br><br>So onto my install experience (minus the excited kid on a sugar trip, that's me BTW) scaffolding went up, sparkies installed the sparky bits, roof guy came and fitted the panels (and cleaned my gutter for me, big thanks), scaffolding went down. No problems, kind of a Swiss watch style operation.<br><br>It really was that simple.<br><br>All the worries I had, and believe me I had many, vanished like a morning haze in the sun (I like the sun, especially now).<br>I now have a brilliant system that works better than I ever thought it would<br><br>I would be amiss not to mention Scarlett who is some sort of super efficient office wizard, not sure of her official title but I think that pretty much covers it, thank you Scarlett.
Excellent service from initial assessment of what was needed for my solar battery set up to actual installation today. Highly recommended.
Great workmanship, poor customer service, organisation and communication leading to an overall poor experience. From the start Lee was great coming out to see us in person, giving us information and a great deal on the setup we wanted. The staff were great in the office too regarding the DNO application and getting in touch to arrange dates for the install. Even the efficiency and quality of the install of the panels, battery and inverter along with getting the scaffolding up and taken down were all bang on. Unfortunately that's where the positives end. Communication, organisation and customer service throughout was poor, no notice of what would happen on the day and when or a text or email the day before for reassurance. I had to change plans and book more time off work due to install plans having to change a few days before the original install date. Little things like getting the invoice corrected and the electricians turning up and not knowing the plan/ logistics of where things would go didn't help. We were told the Roofer would come in the afternoon and ring whilst on his way (never happened and arrived in the morning) Was told the scaffolding would go up on the thursday/ friday but didn't arrive until the Monday and then got told it would come down on the Wednesday but got woke up Tuesday to the sound of it being taken down. The last major part that I still can't get over was where the electricians asked to leave the front door open, to which I agreed, based on the front gate being left closed due to us having a husky and then our dog went missing for 25 minutes near a main road and could have been killed because they didn't close the front gate as agreed. Luckily our dog was found and was okay but it could have been worse and I can forgive mistakes however the electricians didn't help to correct this and didnt help trying to find our dog and then one of them had the cheek to confront me for being angry and ringing the office to complain and then tried to justify their mistake by saying it was my fault not locking our dog away in a room! They gave no apology at any point to us. Appalling and extremely rude/ unprofessional. They are very lucky I allowed them to continue the work. Massive improvements needed to customer service, experience and professionalism.
