From start to finish with dealing with the team all have taken their time with myself and my wife with all the questions toward taking the step of having Solar panels installed. The electricians (Gary and Max ) were very helpful and nothing was too much trouble to decide on where to install inverter and battery, by getting the items out of box and holding them in position to see we would be happy with the position. Every step of the way with the wiring checked with us and options given before work completed. Scott the panel installer did everything efficiently with no fuss and again was polite and friendly. Great company, great team including the admin staff Ruby and Scarlett and also the main man (Kane) who started on our journey who put up with having to go through everything twice with any queries by seeing us at home rather than just phone calls. I few months ago I had a full PV + battery system installed by Future Power Team. The experience was excellent. Kane explained my options and gave me suggestions considering my budget and my requirements. They did the install a few weeks after in a very fast and tidy manner. Then they managed everything to do with export license and documentation, while keeping me informed. Would 100% recommend. I’ve been after some solar panels for a while now and these guys were absolutely fantastic from start to finish. It took no time at all for someone to come out and whey the job up. At my follow up appointment I was shown all my different options with no pressure on which one to pick. The team gave me an amazing information packet that showed my projected savings as well as solid advice on how to best make use of my new gadgets. They came to check on me after as well to make sure my app was up & running and the whole system works flawlessly. Everyone in this company from sales to admin and are so friendly and happy to answer any questions you may have. I’d not bother shopping anywhere else as you’re not going to find anyone who’s as cost effective and at the same high standard as these guys.
