First rate, every step of the way.<br>From initial consultation to install, everything went well and explained clearly.<br>No question was too much trouble. Highlights so far include support and, more importantly, the fact that I felt I'd need a bigger battery. P4 talked me through my needs and suggested I wait and use the system for six months and see if I still wanted the larger battery, which was a simple upgrade. Three weeks in and this was, without doubt, the best idea and has probably saved me nearly £2k. Price was very competitive when compared to an even closer installer. P4 Solar recently designed and installed solar panels, batteries, and an EV charger for us. The customer experience we received was excellent throughout.<br>Oliver led the project from day one, guiding us through the options and taking the time to address our specific requirements and concerns. We had a more complex situation than usual and Oliver’s clear communication and project management addressed all our questions and concerns: giving us confidence in their ability to deliver the work to the very best standards.<br>On the installation side, everything went exceptionally smoothly with Jackson, Rhys and Dylan doing an excellent job installing the panels and Matthew and James completing all the electrical work. This was done when temperatures reached well above 30 degrees centigrade!<br>Everything has been done to the highest standards using excellent quality panels and batteries.<br>In addition, the support from Chloe was excellent and the specialist technical support from Justin and Rachel was superb.<br>Everyone we had contact with – by telephone or face to face – was friendly, helpful and professional, and the whole team is clearly focused on providing the highest quality of work and the highest standard of customer care.<br>We have received the best customer experience and level of support and service that we have received in a very long time.<br>I am really pleased and happy with everything the P4 team have done for us and highly recommend team for any of your solar related requirements.

An exceptional company from start to finish. On initial contact they were quick (< 48 hours) in being able to get an in person site survey done. Provided a much more efficient use of the roof space available (13 panels rather than 6 recommended by a national energy supplier!) and a competitive price. Communication was a highlight for me - detailed plans, prompt responses via phone or email, you never felt like you were being left in the dark. Now basking in the sun generating our own energy thanks to P4 solar!

Fred Maddocks at P4 Solar came highly recommended to us by two different people, and I can honestly say he has not let us down.<br>From the very beginning, P4 Solar offered a personable, small family-business feel, while still delivering a highly professional service. Communication throughout has been excellent—always prompt, clear, and helpful. They handled all the paperwork required and guided us through the entire process, making everything as straightforward as possible.<br>We experienced some delays at our end due to a house renovation and the many moving parts involved. None of these issues were P4 Solar's fault, yet they were incredibly flexible and worked around other trades on site to keep things moving.<br>What really stood out was the level of customer care. During a house rewire, our system went offline because we had no power. Fred noticed this and even contacted us while he was on holiday to make sure everything was okay. We couldn’t be happier with the service from P4 Solar. They installed a solar panel and battery storage system at our home in Baildon, and the whole experience was excellent from start to finish.<br><br>We were unsure if it would be possible to have panels as we have a corrugated sheet metal roof but Peter explained everything to us and ensured us it was no problem.<br><br>The panels look great, sleek and modern and they just blend in. It’s been useful using the app to track how much energy they generate. In fact I’d say it gets a bit addictive!<br><br>We’ve been so pleased with the results that both my parents and my sister have since had similar systems installed by P4 Solar, and they’re just as happy with the service and quality of the installation.<br><br>If you’re considering solar, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend P4 Solar. Have had a very poor after-sales support of Hanchu kit by P4Solar which isn't for for purpose in my opinion and "at P4 we are strictly a supply-and-installation company " means they wash their hands of the install. Also 2x4 week delays during commissioning which they never warned me about and any competent Solar company would have mentioned ahead of time.

We recently had solar panels installed and couldn’t be happier with the service we received. The company and installers were brilliant from start to finish. Declan, Dylan, and Jackson were the roofers, and they were professional, friendly, and left everything clean and tidy when the job was done.<br><br>A special thank you to Fred, who has been amazing throughout the whole process. We are really very impressed with the excellent service we have received from P4 Solar. From proposal to quote to instalment and aftercare we have been kept well informed. The installers have been friendly and good at communicating with us, and they have worked hard and effectively. The system is up and running completed quickly and efficiently. We needed the roof refelting too and Solar were able to recommend a roofer who has done an excellent job. They too have kept us well informed about what is being done and when.<br>The instalment is a big undertaking I have been comfortable throughout that I could trust Solar 4 to do everything right.<br>All round excellent.
