I found it very easy to arrange the service of my solar thermal panels. The engineer was slightly late, but had had a difficult journey from Oxford to Stoke-on-Trent. He checked my system and replaced the fluid as necessary. He was very polite and respectful of my property. A job well done. Thank you.
We first used Sunuser Ltd some ten years ago when they installed our first solar panel system. They provided an excellent service back then and we have very recently used them to install a new inverter and battery storage. The staff at Sunuser could not have been more friendly and helpful in assisting us decide what battery and inverter options and price were best for us and answering our many questions. The work to install and commission the new system was carried by two very professional engineers who talked us through the work they would do and kept us fully updated on their progress. The price for the work remained as quoted without any increases and were are very happy with all the work done. We have recently two visits from Sunuser engineers. The first was for a check up and regular service. The second to make good a fault previously identified. In both cases the engineers were polite, friendly, experienced and extremely competent. They both gave excellent advice in response to the queries I raised and provided great service. Strongly recommend Sunuser.
Good service and very flexible on timing of visit. A bit expensive for the time the service engineer was on-site, but if you average the cost out over the 5 years since the last service (and the next service will be in 5 years), it then becomes reasonable. Peace of mind is worth paying for.
