Couldn’t recommend enough. Elliot structurally designed a house renovation and extension for us with 14 beams in total, with plans showing exactly where they need to go with connection details etc. Responds quickly to questions and worked with builders / joiners to work around any issues we encountered. Great value for money also

Excellent, professional service. Elliot was punctual, friendly and extremely knowledgable. He provided me with structural calculations for the removal of a load bearing wall between the kitchen and lounge. He talked me through the building application process and how that works and gave me the confidence to proceed with the work.

Elliot produced plans for the removal of a chimney breast and replacement joists at second floor level. He visited site quickly and we had the drawings within the week. Easy to communicate with and couldn't be more helpful. Would highly recommend.
