Parminder was very helpful and the structural house survey was performed within one week of the initial telephone query. This was due to some concerns regarding several lintels in the property. The report is clear in terms of recommending what work is required. The report took longer than expected, but Parminder phoned to apologise explain that there had been an unexpected family bereavement which had delayed everything. This is obviously very understandable. I would have no hesitation in recommending Simba consulting for friends and colleagues.
