Couldn’t be happier with my new door! Wayne was really helpful and honest from the start, and not pushy at all, which was very refreshing. Very happy with the installation and the door itself is excellent quality. The installers were very friendly and went above and beyond (even fitting the skirting boards next to the door), and left everything clean and tidy. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for new windows or doors, and I’d happily use them again!

A truly excellent service. I had a front door and a rear door put in and the latter was particularly challenging, but they managed it no bother. They even coped with irate tenants and dodgy kitchen plumbing while all the time recovering from flu in the middle of winter! Couldn't ask for anything more. Good price too. Doors look great.
I recently had my old patio door replaced with a new set of PVC French doors, as well as an upstairs window, by this company. From the start, Wayne came out to size up the job and was very easy to talk to, offering fantastic customer service and even recommending that the team clean up and realign some of the mechanisms on my other windows to improve how they worked — a really thoughtful touch. A few weeks later (manufacturing time) I had my beautiful new French doors installed, and I couldn't be happier. The quality of the doors and the workmanship were excellent. Glenn, the fitter, did a superb job and even returned the next day to fix a minor issue, ensuring everything was perfect. Overall, it was an excellent experience. I highly recommend them for anyone looking for quality windows and doors, great communication, and fantastic customer service!
Had half the house done with new windows after moving in, felt genuine when we got the quote - no pressure or attempts to oversell things we didn't need. Work was done on time and with very minimal mess. Only issue was one window didn't fit, so we had a board up for a few days but they came back as soon as possible and fitted the new one in minutes. Overall, very happy! :)
