Josh came to fix my oven this afternoon. From coming in the front door to leaving, i found him to be a very pleasant young man, treating my home with respect, something I have not experienced with other trades in the past. He found the fault, explained the process of the repair and costs, fixed the oven, then cleared everything up, all the while treating me with respect and my home.
