We used Montgomery to help fix our fridge and tumble dryer… the communication was excellent and we were kept updated about both jobs, especially regarding the fridge as they had to order a new part. Both Engineers who came out were very helpful and knowledgeable we would definitely recommend and use again :)

A fantastic company! The gas oven was repaired promptly by a great engineer. Communication is excellent. I was notified of the time window the engineer would attend by text the night before, followed by a phone call when he was en route. The pricing and method of payment was made really clear. The price was very reasonable. A part was required to fix the faulty hob and again the order process was made clear. It turned out another engineer had the required part and so fitting was organised for the following day. Once again, communication was excellent and the job was completed quickly and professionally. I would totally recommend the company and will definitely use again. Thank you for the great service!

Excellent, service called on the Monday about the problem they were out by the Wednesday and problem resolved. Couldn’t believe it how efficient and swiftly the repair was done. Would recommend this company to anybody. Kind regards, Sharon James

The engineer was prompt, professional, and very knowledgeable. He repaired my dryer quickly, it is now working perfectly, and the entire experience was smooth and hassle-free. Highly recommend this service to anyone in need of reliable appliance repair!

I lack the skill to leave a new review (see below) but today’s fix was the dishwasher and again impeccable service. I think the chap was Dave (sorry if that’s wrong) but he was lovely. Very approachable and easy to talk too. He even took the time to locate the leak that has probably caused the dishwasher to break in the first place and he certainly didn’t have to do that. He gave some excellent advice as to how to solve the issue so fingers crossed I’m sorted. Excellent service, excellent staff and at a price I think was very reasonable. They also let me off 44p 😂. I highly recommend Absolutely outstanding service. Had 2 engineers out today to the oven and dishwasher. First chap ordered the parts but the second had the oven parts in his van so popped back this afternoon and oven all fixed. Both were approachable, friendly and happy to answer my questions. As a woman living on her own there is always the fear of getting ripped off (also because I’m clueless) and this is 100% NOT the case here. Cannot express enough how happy I am with the service. Looking forward to the dishwasher being fixed. Thank you so very much!
