Nick (N J Domestics) responded promptly to my call for help, arranged a visit quickly, and kept in touch, turning up on the dot as arranged. He examined my ancient washing machine, but had to write it off, as I feared. However, he gave me some very good advice and helped me to order a replacement.
Nick recently called out to diagnose and fix an integrated dishwasher for me. I'd already had it out, cleaned the filters, taken pipes off to check for blockages but with no luck. Nick had a look and straight away had an idea what the problem was. It was fixed promptly in the first visit, absolutely fantastic service and knowledge! Wouldn't hesitate to use again!
Nick was exceptional! He responded really quickly and booked me in before his other jobs started to make sure he could get my washing machine fixed, even though he was fully booked! He kept the area clean and tidy and was such a nice guy. He charged what he quoted with no argument and it was a great price for the fix. Would recommend to anyone and everyone!
