I called Townson appliances looking for a quote as i was shopping around as you do. Was so refreshing to speak with someone who was so honest and talked me thru what was wrong with my machine and he was spot on. He didnt try to sell his service and told me it would be cheaper to buy a new machine. Would just like to say thank you. For me honesty in a person goes along way. On that note i would recommend this company and have stored number for future reference.
Had a very positive experience. Our washer needed a new pump and it was replaced for a reasonable price and very swiftly. Very nice guy and was great with our dog. Would definitely recommend and have kept this number to use again.
