I instructed George to prepare drawings for an extension & full remodel of an 1890s end terrace in Hawkshaw, Bury. I briefed him on what my requirements were and the drawings he prepared ticked all the important boxes. George dealt with the planning application (which included a 1st floor walk on veranda) and he managed to secure planning permission within a couple of months. George also procured a structural engineer to prepare a calculations pack. Building works should commence in summer 2026 and George will stay involved throughout the process. George came out to do drawings for my single story rear extension. George dealt with the whole planning process on my half and made the whole experience a lot easier for me. George was contactable throughout if we had any issues with anything. Would recommend.

Excellent service from George at Studio Seventeen. When he first met us we told him what we wanted to do for our extension and he took everything onboard but took it to the next level and gave us some fantastic ideas. We are so much happier with the way it’s going to look now. He put the planning in straight away and we are happy to say, everything has been approved and we now have planning to build our extension. Can honestly not put into enough words how good or helpful this company was, after contacting numerous companies for plans, many never turned up or was interested in the job!!! Until George phoned And came out At time and date agreed to suit , he was very friendly and knowledgeable about the task in hand, he gave excellent advice on plan alterations and went way above what was asked, was always in contact and wanted to help every step off the way!! He regular spoke to my builder on every aspect of work and regularly spoke with building control and council planning on my behalf!! All these extra what he wasn’t obliged to do.. but I can’t thank him enough for the amount of stress he took away from me and made the whole process a breeze and am forever grateful!!! Not enough stars to do this man the credit he deserves !!

We appointed Studio Seventeen to produce plans for our double storey extension. George has guided us through the process, carefully listening to our wishes and requirements and offering suggestions and recommendations.
