We worked with Callum and the team at Unit3 for our full house renovation and extension and he was a pleasure to work with, incredibly helpful and professional and always seeming to deliver work ahead of schedule. We came into the whole process knowing very little about what was involved and Callum was always more than willing to explain the most simple of things to us as well as guiding us through the planning process when the initial submission was rejected by the council. Exceptional work by Martin and the Unit3 team. We commissioned Unit3 to re-design the ground floor of our house. The brief included making the layout more sociable, bringing more light into the house and improving the connection with the rear garden. We wanted the design to be simple but stylish and to work within the existing footprint of the house. We didn't want a standard 'knock-through' hence why we chose to commission an architect. Martin was really easy to work with and clearly understood what sort of style we were after. The 3D CAD images and virtual headset images really helped us to visualise his plans. The 10 week build was straightforward with very little changing from the original plan. Martin was there through the whole process and worth every penny!
