I had a fantastic experience with Simply Bathrooms from start to finish. The showroom was beautifully presented with a wide range of styles to suit every taste, and the team took the time to really understand what I wanted. Their advice was professional, honest, and tailored to my budget without ever compromising on quality. The installation was smooth, efficient, and finished to a very high standard. I couldn’t be happier with my new bathroom – it looks stunning and feels like a luxury space. I would highly recommend Simply Bathrooms to anyone looking for excellent service and top-quality results.

I have just had my bathroom refurbished by Simply Bathrooms and I could not be more happier with the whole experience from start to finish. The end result is a modern, beautiful bathroom. From Dave in the showroom, who gives good advice and explains everything in detail, to the fitters who work so hard to achieve the end result. Nothing is too much trouble and you are kept informed of the work being done at each stage of the refurbishment. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

We had both our bathroom and ensuite updated by simply bathrooms and we could not be happier. Andrea, Ian, Tom and the rest of the team are professional and friendly. The finish is excellent, Tom cleared up every evening before leaving and removed all the waste. We didn't have to do anything. Great choice of fixtures and fittings and lovely little extras. Highly recommend.

Absolutely delighted with the service and quality of our bathroom from initially enquiring to the finished product, absolutely fantastic. Recommended highly to family and friends who have all had the same experience. Can’t believe anyone could leave a poor review, but as they say, nothing as queer as folk. If you are considering this company, I wouldn’t hesitate.

Terrible experience with Simply Bathrooms. They mis-measured our en-suite rendering it unusable (see pic) and then told us that the stud wall couldn’t be moved (it could). On the main bathroom the electrics was faulty (dangerous) and the loo didn’t flush. Nothing worked properly and it was not useable. Currently getting the whole thing redone (both main and en-suite). Since the new workmen came on site we found further problems. Simply Bathrooms had used silicone or foam to stick down tiles (not tile adhesive - see pictures) and the extractor fans and bathrooms had not been done to building regs. Had a private impartial report done on Simply Bathrooms work (see screenshot) which shows their work unfit for purpose. Gaps left in brickwork. As we are currently paying another company to redo the work because Ian wouldn’t and didn’t sort, we may have to take Simply Bathrooms to court for our deposit and to recover our losses and costs. We have been without working bathrooms for 3 months and over £40k+ out of pocket due to them screwing up our house. Don’t be deceived by the fancy store front, they are cowboys.
