She takes the time to clearly explain the pros and cons of different options—whether that’s 2, 3, or 5-year deals—so you can make a decision that actually suits your own personal situation. Importantly, Sue isn’t pushy. She’s not trying to rush you into remortgaging just for the sake of it, which is quite rare. Her approach feels considered and long-term.
