We recently used A1 Damproofing to address a damp course issue in my daughter’s flat, and the whole experience was excellent from start to finish.<br>A special shout-out to Connor for his clear communication throughout the process. He took the time to explain exactly what needed to be done and kept us updated every step of the way, which gave us real confidence in the work being carried out.<br>Many thanks as well to Paul, Dave, and Aiden, who did a fantastic job on-site. Working in an old building can bring unexpected challenges, but they handled every issue professionally and efficiently.<br>The team worked cleanly and tidily, showing great respect for the property. Overall, a great team and a great company that I would highly recommend.

Great company to deal with, from initial quotation to completion of job. The job included a labourer, plasterer, joiner and a man to remove and replace a radiator. All great to deal with, very professional. Totally satisfied with their work. Would definitely recommend this company.

Tony stepped in when I was let down at short notice by another builder. He & all the A1 lads were fantastic to work with. Excellent communication, always punctual & didn’t let me down on any aspect of the renovation. I can’t recommended them enough, and wish every tradesman was as easy to work with. 5 stars and more.

This Company was recommended to me & was told they did a great job & cleaned up properly before they left. so I called them out for a quote. It was a guy called Tony who came this morning. I have given him 3 stars for now only because the work hasnt been started yet, just for his professionalism. He was very pleasant, friendly & he knew what he was talking about & informed me what the problem was. I thought it was rising damp I had but Tony explained thoroughly what it was & it wasn't rising damp. He explained in detail how the job would be done & I was made up my floor didn't need to be taken up. That was the bit I was fearful about. I am confident I will give a 5 star review when the work has been completed as according to my source, they are brilliant. Tony don't be disheartened by 3 star, you were very thorough in explaining everything & made me feel I could trust your Company & know it will be a job well done.<br><br>So I've had work done this week by A1 Damp & the 2 guys worked professionally throughout. Minimal dust for me to clean up, the guys covered furniture & put plastic sheets down on the floors. Im very pleased with the work & would definitely recommend these guys & would use them again in the future if needed. Tony the boss came round to check the work had been done properly which it had so no complaints from me. 👍
