Ian and the team were fantastic and have done a brilliant job in resolving damp issues and refurbishing our main bedroom. We found them reliable and trustworthy, which was a relief after having some bad experiences with other trades. Ian is knowledgeable and professional, and offered lots of advice before we'd even agreed to go ahead with the work. We had the bay window wall of our bedroom reconstructed and insulated due to penetrating damp + condensation damage, plus reopening the bedroom fireplace, skimming all walls and ceilings, and new skirting installed. The team had the wall back to brick within an hour, and swiftly removed all the rubble. We were impressed to see that each stage of the work was carried out by experienced professionals, e.g joiners (for the stud work), plasterers, and this is evident in the quality of the work. Everything was completed as agreed, and to a very high standard. I'd highly recommend them!

The property I have recently bought had a serious damp issue. Ian did a great job sorting it out - including replacing the joists and laying a new floor and new skirting boards. He also helped out with some replastering in some of the other rooms and fitted a PIV unit. Communication was great and I found Ian very reliable and trustworthy.
