I needed advice following a level 3 pre purchase survey which identified further investigations were required regarding the damp proofing of the house we were buying. I contacted several companies all quoting several hundred pounds for a full survey. After more research I found Liverpool Damproofing and contacted them after reading the 5* reviews. So glad I did. Anthony completely understood what I needed regarding advice and was so reassuring. He provided the most indepth information at an unbelievably reasonable price. Anthony sent me so many photos of different aspects of the house with a footnote of each summarising what work was needed if any . Turns out most of the damp was due to condensation and a full DPC unnecessary. He went above and beyond and also gave valuable advice about other areas in the house too. Anthony's help and advice has given me the reassurance I needed. I would recommend anyone who is in the process of buying a house to get Anthony to check it over. His opinions, advice and honesty are balanced, insightful and valuable. A truly outstanding service from a lovely guy.

Anthony and his team have been amazing. They came out to do a survey to assist us with buying our house. They were open and honest, they explained where damp was serious and needed work, but also where it could be improved with things like ventilation so we didn't end up spending a fortune.
