I called Paul and he gave me some free advice over the phone which required a simple fuse change. A whole weekend without any lights in my garage and half of the sockets not working and all we needed was a new fuse. He showed us exactly what to look for and everything is working again. What a genuinely nice man. It’s so refreshing to know there are decent, honest trades people still around. 5 stars ++++
Excellent service from V & A Burgess Ltd. After we had a house fire, Paul came out quickly and restored our power within hours, which meant we could move back into our home much sooner than expected. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to give us helpful advice on the next steps moving forward after such a stressful situation. Fantastic service. Arrived within 45 minutes of calling and quickly identified and fixed the issue. Everything was clearly explained so I understood exactly what had happened. The live tracking link showing he was on the way was really reassuring too. Professional, efficient and highly recommended.

Paul is friendly, knowledgeable and reliable. Great communication. Assessed all my electics in preperation for replacing a 25+ fuse box. Completed remedial work whilst Kate fitted the fuse box. Kate also lovely and knowledgeable. Paul moved and chased some sockets. He checked up to see if I needed any help as promised as they were left loose for a plastering job. We have had no issues whatsoever with new fuse box. Would recommend.
