“ HONESTLY, The easiest company I’ve ever worked with, very simple straight forward & Fast, I have zero complaints, work was done around my children who are wild at times! the workers were pleasant & understanding, The flooring itself took three days tops! The quality of work speaks for itself, my flat is such an awkward shape, & they made it possible, Keith even came a day earlier and levelled my floor which was not part of the contract but he made it possible, I’m beyond happy with the results! Everyone who has visited since has wanted there details! I wouldn’t recommend another floor company to anyone else, these gyes are top of their game! When my furniture arrives I will be adding more photos to my socials! Simply because I’m so in-love w the finished result!

Wanted to wait few months before writing a review because everything looks nice at the beginning and I wanted to make sure I could give my honest/“experienced” comment.<br>I chose Keith over all the others that came to quote my stairs and my 1st floor because he showed from minute 1 he was very enthusiastic and caring about his job. Although I have had cheaper quotes from others I was treated like a number and a job to be done (every tho Keith’s prices are reasonable and affordable). From someone not knowing anything about flooring (me!) Keith sold his product better and showed care about his customers.<br><br>He was punctual and tidy and the job was done precisely.<br>When he asked me to have a look around to see if everything was okay, I found a couple of scratches (it that can happen while moving panels around) and he promptly fixed everything.<br><br>I had my flooring fitted at the beginning of February and I am still very enthusiastic about them. They are, so far, worth every penny I spent.<br><br>Highly recommended for professionalism, quality of the product, dedication and enthusiasm.<br><br>Thanks Keith!

What an amazing stair remodelling work performed by Home Flooring Liverpool! My home stairs look absolutely stunning with the engineered wood finish the company recommended. My family and I are so impressed, grateful and happy with the look and quality. Keith is such a pleasant person and he was extremely knowledgeable, punctual, organized and honest. He worked effortlessly and went above and beyond to deliver the best materials and options for my family. Having children with respiratory allergies our new stairs are dust free! When the project was finished, the company left everything immaculate clean. The job was done at a very reasonable price and on top of that, I received a “two year warranty in writing”. We have just had laminate floors fitted by Home Flooring Liverpool and we can't rate them highly enough. From the first point of contact until the job was complete we have received a brilliant service. They are friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. Great communication from start to finish. They arrived early on fitting day and worked none stop until the job was complete. The floors look amazing and the attention to detail that Keith showed is excellent. Everything was left in good clean condition and we were both really impressed with the end result as well as the price. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking to have new floors fitted. Right from the responsive free quote visit they have been friendly and reliable. No hiccups, skillful and quick work done and to our mind, very reasonable cost. If I could leave no stars, I would. Keith told me he would get back to me with a quote within a couple of days. He got back to me months later saying he lost the estimate sheet. Very unprofessional. No apology for letting me down. Despite my reservations, I gave him another chance and scheduled another appointment. I missed the appointment because Keith did not arrive at the scheduled time. I texted him to rearrange and was told to try another flooring company because he couldn't keep rescheduling. I was made to feel like I did something wrong. If Keith had not lost the estimate sheet, he would not have had to go back out.<br><br>I helped his business by pointing out a mistake on the website and this is how he treats me. If it weren't for me, Keith would be losing potential customers. I do not recommend Home Flooring Liverpool.

Keith came and done a professional job on my laminate floor. Had a go myself, but the sub floorboards were too uneven & needed a professional job. The misses is buzzing. I would definitely recommend Home Flooring Liverpool.

I'm so glad I chose Home Flooring Liverpool to update the flooring of my recently purchased flat. I had my free at home quote within days of contacting them and was booked in within the month.
