Well after having a damp course carried out by Abbey builders I can honestly say I can’t recommend them enough, from the initial meeting with Lee to price the work that needed carrying out his approach expertise advice and reassurance was exceptional 👍 the cleanliness of the workmen during and after the work was amazing. Really pleased with the work that Abbey Builders did in getting rid of rising damp in my gable wall. Right from the initial contact with Ray, all the workmen were professional and friendly: thanks so much to Alan, Peter, Big Alan and Simon. The house was left as clean and tidy as possible every single day and visitors who are in the trade have commented to me what a great job they have done. I would recommend them 100%. :)
Had Alan out from Abbey builders for a damp issue very professional checked for damp priced work and agreed to do work. Work completed more than pleased with results also how everything was covered to minimise dust and cleaned when completed . Paul the plaster done a great job can't recommend them enough would definitely use again and would recommend them . Thanks to Alan and team once again.

Only got a free survey done with Lee who gave me an honest assessment of the damp in my house. No pressurising tactics or pushing a sale which is greatly appreciated. Although I need to get repointing done from another firm I will be getting Abbey builders for the internal damp course in the next few months - Lee was also very friendly which made my day. Thanks!
Ray and the team did a brilliant job for us again. We had damp in the conservatory and needed a new fence/door for the side of our garden. Thanks to Ray, Alan and Carl for getting to the root of the damp issue, installing a new damp course and sorting the external down pipe to get rid of the water ingress. A special thank you to Simon who built and installed the new fence/door from scatch providing us with a vastly improved facility on what we had previously. Ray kept us in touch throughout with the workers always turning up when we expected them
Can highly recommend Abbey without hesitation, from Alan’s friendly, professional and informative visit, coming out to do survey, sending quote and documentation in post eg certificate of insurance. Alan and Lee supervising work, ensuring we were well informed. Brilliant job done, the lads , Mike, Paul and Ian, were exceptional in terms of professionalism, efficiency , ability and punctuality. So pleased with the damp and rot work done, all on time and without issue. The lads were really tidy and respectful of our home, no trouble to have in the house, and Lee came back on finish to clear up and inspect the job. Absolute first class company, thank you Abbey.
