Really pleased with the work that Abbey Builders did in getting rid of rising damp in my gable wall. Right from the initial contact with Ray, all the workmen were professional and friendly: thanks so much to Alan, Peter, Big Alan and Simon. The house was left as clean and tidy as possible every single day and visitors who are in the trade have commented to me what a great job they have done. I would recommend them 100%. :)
Ray and the team did a brilliant job for us again. We had damp in the conservatory and needed a new fence/door for the side of our garden. Thanks to Ray, Alan and Carl for getting to the root of the damp issue, installing a new damp course and sorting the external down pipe to get rid of the water ingress. A special thank you to Simon who built and installed the new fence/door from scatch providing us with a vastly improved facility on what we had previously. Ray kept us in touch throughout with the workers always turning up when we expected them
Can highly recommend Abbey without hesitation, from Alan’s friendly, professional and informative visit, coming out to do survey, sending quote and documentation in post eg certificate of insurance. Alan and Lee supervising work, ensuring we were well informed. Brilliant job done, the lads , Mike, Paul and Ian, were exceptional in terms of professionalism, efficiency , ability and punctuality. So pleased with the damp and rot work done, all on time and without issue. The lads were really tidy and respectful of our home, no trouble to have in the house, and Lee came back on finish to clear up and inspect the job. Absolute first class company, thank you Abbey. 5 star rating . Abbey builders were amazing from survey quotation from Lee to finish. They arrived when they said and every single worker from labourers joiners and plasterers did above and beyond and are a credit to the company. They were so tidy and cleaned up after themselves and made whole process stress free and did an excellent job . Would highly recommend their services .
Seriously- if you’re looking for a first class, professional job, look no further! I can’t rate them high enough. From start to finish their attention to detail was second to none. They took such good care of my home that it made a huge job, pleasant. Their workmen go out of their way to make sure everything is completed to a high standard. Thank you to everyone involved
