It's my first time using this company. Having just moved house, i wanted a deep clean for my kitchen and bathroom. What can I say. David was absolutely brilliant. Friendly and such a hard worker. He never stopped and I'm delighted with the results. Thank you David.

We had our first clean yesterday with Broom and Bucket and Juan was our cleaner. He arrived on time and was really professional. He talked us through exactly what he was going to clean in each room and when he was finished everything was perfect. After some bad cleaning service experiences in the past, I was a little worried but everything was seamless and we will definitely be back and recommend. Thank you!

I’ve been using Broom & Bucket for around 6 months now and couldn’t be happier. When I first got them in, the house needed a lot of attention after being empty for some time and they handled the initial deep cleans brilliantly. Now the regular fortnightly visits keep everything ticking over really easily, which frees me up to do things I actually want to be doing in my spare time. They’re friendly, professional, and really proactive with communication, always easy to get hold of if I need anything. The clean itself is consistently good and they’re brilliant with my pets too, which means a lot. A special mention to Holly and David who look after my cleans, their care and attention to detail really doesn’t go unnoticed. What really makes them stand out though are the little finishing touches. Things like folding the toilet tissue to a point, leaving a handwritten note, or coming home to find a little treat waiting so you can sit down with a cup of tea and actually enjoy your clean house. It genuinely makes me smile every time. Really happy to recommend them.

I had a very disappointing experience with Broom & Bucket for an Airbnb turnover clean. The cleaning quality was extremely poor and did not meet basic standards. Key areas were not cleaned at all, including a greasy oven. Kitchen surfaces, the hob and utensils were still dirty, and dishes from previous guests were put back into cupboards without being checked or dried. I even found items left under the bed, and bedding was changed in unused rooms while used beds were not changed. When I raised these issues with photos, I was told this was their standard. So this is simply not acceptable for an Airbnb turnover. The one star is only for polite communication. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this service. Update following the company’s reply: The property is brand new and had already been thoroughly cleaned before the first guests arrived, so this was not a situation requiring a deep clean. My concerns were not limited to the oven. I also documented issues with kitchen work surfaces, hob, utensils and areas under the beds not being cleaned properly. In addition, bed linen was changed in unused rooms but not changed in rooms that had been used by guests. For an Airbnb property, it is essential that the home is fully guest-ready after each turnover. Unfortunately, this was not the case here.

Had my new flat deep cleaned today (with carpet cleaning) and I couldn't be happier. I was seriously contemplating renovating the kitchen and replacing sockets and the radiators, but now I am happy with leaving them as is saving me a lot of money. The owner, Danielle, is very nice and she gets back to you right away with your quote very accommodating. There were two staff cleaning, Katilyn and Holly, and they did a great job, and the inspection at the end was done by a third person, Becca, and was all very professional and made sure I was satisfied with the job! Highly recommend this service. I was also keen to get local cleaners to support local businesses.
