On time (actually a bit early). On arrival discovered the lockbox was of an old issue, but managed to get it open and off the wall. Replaced by a brand new lockbox. Was friendly throughout the visit. Would recommend to anybody else, they are a local firm which also has plus points for me

Called this evening after being let down by other firms, and had someone out as soon as they could get to me ( think he was called Paul but could be wrong) sorted the issues with my upvc door in no time at all and made sure everything was safe and working before leaving, was a really kind and friendly interaction, made me feel really at ease as a woman living alone. Will definitely be using again should I need help.
