We worked with Chris and Barry on getting our mortgage as first time buyers. We didn't have any idea on the process but Chris took the time to discuss all our options and made it really easy and comfortable for us to ask questions so we fully understood the whole process.<br><br>From day one, communication with both Chris and Barry was amazing. They kept us up to date at every point from initial application through to approval. We came across an unusual policy one lender had on our property (nothing Chris/Barry could have anticipated!) and within a week we had an application and approval from another lender. Chris even called lenders before submitting our application to check we wouldn't run into the problem again.<br><br>We now have a mortgage approved at a great rate and we couldnt have done it without their advice and guidance. Id recommend anyone thinking of getting on the property ladder (or in any situation) to contact Chris and the team, as it takes what it a quite stressful process and makes it as easy as it possibly can be. I'll definitely be recommending to friends and family.
