Great experience with Kennan Kay selling and buying at the same time. Our sale was complex after we lost a buyer during the process without warning, and were trying to hold onto the house we had offered on. Christine Fisher helped throughout and was always available for a call and on email, despite having a busy schedule. She also moved quickly when we found new buyers to make sure we could move forward as quickly as possible. Seamless contract and exchange on the day, despite it being very last minute with a chain of 3 buyers. Needed a couple of nudges to get things moving at the start, but after that, the team were very attentive. Thank you!

This is not the first time I have used Kennan Kays and it won't be the last time. A professional Conveyancers in this age of call-centres and cheaper online Conveyancers. The fact is the pricing is competitive if not better than most solicitors or conveyancers I researched. Local knowledge and Legal knowledge is second to none.
