I highly recommend Kennan Kay & Co for house sales. The sale of my house went extremely smoothly thanks to their expertise. Emily and Christine demonstrated outstanding professionalism and skill, particularly in spotting and preventing issues with hidden leases on the freehold that could have caused major problems. All staff I dealt with were efficient, responsive, and supportive. This was a difficult period with family issues and the recent loss of a parent, but their gentle, tactful approach made the process positive and stress-free. Excellent service—thank you!
