Andy came out to the house and did an inspection free of charge which resulted in piece of mind for me - he was honest and it ended up with us having an outcome which didnt result in needing the service - lovely fella as well Thank you Andy

I emailed premier pest control after a plumber fixed a leaking pipe and advised that we have a rat problem. Celia from premier emailed back quickly and arranged for someone to come out. The operator turned up at the time we arranged and proceeded to assess the problem, after a good examination of our property he advised us that we didn’t have a rat problem and the leak was due to wear and tear. His experience and knowledge put our mind to rest. I can definitely recommend this company to anyone with pest management problems. Ray the operator was just brilliant in putting our mind at to rest. Absolute con artists. We have recently had a rat infestation at our new property. When we got in touch with Premier them seemed brilliant, price was competitive (well so we thought) and they offered a 3 visit service, unlike others we reached out to. Upon booking we were informed there would be 3 visits, consisting of an inspection on visit one and putting down some poison, a second check up visit and a final check which involved a clean of the infested area and filling in all of the entry/exit points. On visit one we were assigned with Ray, who again seemed great. He pretty much re-confirmed everything that was discussed on the phone. He got up in the loft, removed 2 dead rodents that I had caught with some traps I'd set a couple of days prior, done an inspection, and set down some poison. Ray was adamant there were no entry points and that they must have come in from an adjourning property. Ray informed us he would be back out in 10 days, and to remind him on day 9 if we hadn't heard anything. It just so happens on day 9 my fiancee spotted a huge rat run through our back yard, and bingo, we found the gaps (that Ray missed on visit number 1). Ray comes back out on day 10 (visit 2), and confirms that all of the poison has gone and that the bigger rats will likely take longer to go. He also caught 2 more rats (again with my traps). Visit 3 is the one that really left a bitter taste in my mouth. Ray was due to come and do the final inspection, which we thought would be the one where they clean the infestation and fill in all of the holes. Ray come out, spent roughly 5 minutes popping his head in the loft and then come down and said we're all good and tried to leave. I stopped him and asked him about the clean and the hole filling, and he said it's not something they provide (after both the phone operator and Ray both confirmed they did), and that I would need to do it myself. He also didn't bother checking behind the washing machine where they'd left poison, and also said he'd left the poison in the loft, which I raised concern over that being a reason for the rats wanting to come back, he said "it will be fine". Turns out Ray was going on holiday for 3 weeks and that was his final day in, so he clearly couldn't be bothered carrying out a job that we'd paid for in advance. I was frustrated so called the office and was informed they would be back in touch after speaking to the Supervisor. We were called back and promised the Supervisor would be out on the Monday to remove poison and fill in any holes (no cleaning as this apparently part of our package). The Supervisor come out on the Monday, took the poison and DIDN'T fill in the holes. Honestly one of the biggest con artists I've come across. If you want to remove any rodents, just buy yourself some traps, poison and do it yourself! Would not recommend.

Had a problem with Rodents in the drain and called PPC based on their reviews. Drew came quickly in an unmarked van and did a thorough investigation of the situation. It took a number visits to solve the problem but he did it. He was very reassuring and gave lots of good advice as well as having great enthusiasm for his work. Would absolutely recommend Drew and his company if you ever have a rodent problem.

very impressed with the service - within 24 hours of contacting them, Peter arrived (on time) to help my Mum with a wasp nest. He was kind, polite, thorough and a great Ambassador for his company. Great value, really impressed with the way their office dealt with our enquiry and then with the work Peter did - highly recommend.
