Just wanted to take 2 mins to thank Eddie, Tibi and everyone at Mossley Hill Plumbers for their excellent service today, I called Eddie with a home emergency due to a unknown water leak which was coming through the ceiling light at my home address, Eddie explained that he would do everything possible to get an plumbing engineer on site asap, Eddie kept me informed of his progress and no more than 2 hours later Tibi our plumbing engineer turned up to investigate the problem. Tibi was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. He took us through the work he needed to carry out and explained the fault fully. Tibi then proceeded to fix the leak and cleaned up his work place when he had finished, he even moped our floor. Absolutely fantastic experience from minute one. Can’t thank you all enough. I’d give 10 stars if the Google review would allow. Highly recommend 👊🏻👊🏻👊🏻

Eddie responded quickly to my plea for help and came out within the day to look at an awkward leak from a lead mains pipe embedded in a wall. They came back the next day to replace the whole pipe from under the floor up to the loft. Really grateful for the fast service, as the dining room was in danger of turning into a paddling pool.
I had a bathroom installed by Mossley Hill Plumbers. The job was finished to a high standard and in a quick timeframe and was reasonably priced. I was away at the time that the job was done but didn’t need to chase for anything and snagging was completed as well - no loose ends or bits hanging off! When issues did pop up with the supplied units Mossley Hill Plumbing liaised with the suppliers and managed to smooth things over without intervention from my end. The finished product is a delight. Highly recommend.
Our toilet broke and started to leak water last night. We contacted Mossley Hill plumbers to see if they could send out a plumber. They were able to fit us in to their schedule (which given how good they were I'm sure they were busy). Eddie kept me up to date where he was up to with his work load so that I could get on with other stuff and wasn't kept in limbo!! Eddie quickly identified the issue and fixed it for us, cleaned up after too!! Very professional and friendly!! Price was very reasonable too especially for emergency plumber!!! highly recommend!!! :-)
