Having bounced around a few management services, Hinkley Homes is the best by a long shot. Not only do they actively seek to find guests for my property (which is a MASSIVE BONUS and a better service than other agents I have used) but they are respectful, courteous and go the extra mile to ensure everything runs smoothly and with as little (or as much) involvement as I choose to have. They are quick to respond to queries and provide any necessary documents and have even taken time to advise me on how I can increase/ maximise profits and occupancy. I only have 2 small units with the agent, by no means a big customer, but I don’t feel any less valued. I would 100% recommend Hinkley Homes, Ed and Lora are personable and professional and I couldn’t ask for more from a management agent.
