Excellent communication at all times. Karl carried out our Level 2 survey very quickly and got the report back to us within a couple of days. He was then very helpful when we called him to discuss a few issues. Highly recommended.

First class service, great communications, fair and competitive price. I decided to contact Avery Surveys for a Level 2 Home Buyers Survey after reading their numerous 5 star reviews. From first contact to the completion of the survey the team were professional, very helpful and kept us fully informed throughout the process. Even when the initial survey had to be cancelled at the last minute due to heavy snow, we were contacted straight away and an alternative date was rearranged for the following week within a couple of hours. Adam, our Surveyor, kept us fully up to date regarding the survey, discussing our requirement for several particular issues we were aware of to be carefully looked at. On the day of the survey, Adam phoned to let us know he was on site and reconfirmed the issues we requested he look closely at. We received the report within 5 working days as promised and found it to be very thorough and easy to understand, highlighting a number of red and amber flagged issues, some of which we were aware of and some of which we weren’t. The report has proved extremely useful in helping us get a good understanding of the condition of the property and having discussed the report with Adam over the phone, he was able to provide a number of good quality photographs of the issues raised which helped put our minds at ease regarding some of the issues and helped to get some repairs carried out by the owners. Overall, I feel the survey was money well spent, and the service we received from Avery was first class. I would thoroughly recommend them for carrying out a Level 2 Home Buyers survey. Steven H

I experienced the worst customer service I've ever had. A woman on the phone constantly tried to scold me. We received terrible service. If we hadn't paid, we definitely wouldn't have received this service. I absolutely do not recommend them. The people working at the company don't even know what each other is doing. Think twice before hiring someone from here. If you want to have a terrible day, call this company and get their service. I requested a survey on November 21st, and it took over two weeks to receive it.
