Amazing experience, needed a valuation done for help to buy and Emma was fantastic, a valuation was arranged the same week and report was delivered the next day. When I needed the report date amending it was done with absolutely no issues. Would highly recommend!
Really impressed. The valuation was scheduled nice and quickly and the surveyor was pleasant. The valuation took place on a Friday and I received the report on Monday so the turnaround time was really quick. Overall I'm very happy and would gladly use Complete again.

The Level 2 property survey was carried out within a couple of weeks of requesting it. The report was extensive and easy to read and understand. A number of queries raised after reading the report were satisfactorily answered by the surveyor. Overall, very happy with the service provided.
