Compared to my experience with other agents, Acumen actually answer the phone, and call you back. They are proactive in following up with solicitors and keep you informed. I’ve used them as both agents to rent, and I’ve just sold the house I bought through them many years ago, because of that previous positive experience.

The service from Acumen has been all we could ask for from start to finish. We had a few agents out to value (all were very similar) but we chose Acumen as we felt John’s knowledge and experience was invaluable. Within hours we had number of viewings booked in for the following weekend. We received several offers. Acumen checked all of these and advised on what they thought was the most secure.
