This was our first home and atlas just mainly made it so exciting throughout . We never felt pressured . We weee carried throughout like we had done it before . Thank you to all the team at atlas especially Alex my broker , I bet met him but he is indeed an amazing and professional human. I will for sure recommended anytime
Atlas took care of the house sale really efficiently and professionally. They were always quick to communicate and made what could’ve been a stressful time, very easy! Their valuation was reasonable and accurate. The house got plenty of traction and viewings thanks to the team, and was really happy to complete the sale within 3.5 months of accepting an offer. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend and to use again!
Sold our house with Atlas, we got a few different ideas and every estate agent had a significantly lower estimate for our home. Atlas assured us we could get a much higher price and we ended up getting more than we put it up for. By about £6k. Throughout the whole process they kept us up to date with constant communication and were very clear in their instructions. If i ever sell my next home then i would use Atlas again without question. 10/10 really impressed.
A special thank you to Sophie, who was absolutely brilliant. She was always happy to help with any questions or requests, no matter how big or small. She was attentive, friendly, and incredibly quick to respond, which made the whole process so much less stressful. Nothing ever seemed like too much trouble, and her support and communication were outstanding throughout. Overall, Atlas Estate Agents provided me with a great experience as a new tenant, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to rent a property. The team at Atlas are exceptional. They give great advice, are always available to discuss ongoings, and are incredibly friendly. Michelle Le Brocq took care of my letting services and was so professional and really patient. As it was my first time letting a property she explained everything concisely on more than one occasion. I can’t recommend their services enough.
