Carolyn was incredibly supportive and helpful whilst we were negotiating a sale price. Being first time buyers, we are not familiar with the process, but Carolyn was so informative and was available to answer any queries. Atlas were the agents in charge of the purchase of our new home and within all the chaos that we had throughout the chain, Atlas and our sales progressor, Claire Caplan, were both excellent! Claire was great throughout and assisted us every time we had an issue or query. Atlas provided a brilliant service throughout and also gave us a moving in present, which was an unexpected nice touch. Danielle is a great credit to your company and has been extremely helpful in the process of us buying our first home which was being sold through atlas estate agents. Danielle was helpful with any queries I had and would always be sure to get back in touch with me as soon as possible whenever I had sent over an email or gave her a phone-call. Even anytime I rang the atlas office, every colleague on the phone was very polite and helpful. Although I did not go through with any of them, atlas give you the help of the optional breeze move portal where you can choose a solicitor and even give you a list of mortgage advisors/brokers you can use.
