We had quite a lengthy and difficult house buying process due to circumstances outside of our control, however Laura Reid was fantastic in supporting us. She was professional, proactive and great at communicating updates to us. She was always very quick to respond to emails and calls, and always took the time to update us fully on our questions and queries.
