After applied for application for a property they demand for £40k + guaranter i dont know who can provide such a guaranter with hige wage , not even combine two guranter but one , and when we applied for the property they took £200 for reserving the property, after wasting alot a time and providing a guranter they said we have third party and after checking everything ur not eligible , and then they demanded first month rent for providing a guaranter from their own company or something…personally never recommend them with such a bad experience £40k+ guranter , Very disappointed
Really amazing agents who helped me immensely. I was given honest and straightforward advice on where to look and felt much more confident as a first time buyer. A week later after speaking to C&D properties I viewed a property on their recommendation, and offer was accepted on the same day. Thank you so much to C&D ♥️

Please do trust this guys.. they are asking lot of documentation and guarantor too. Then they will tell the guarantor is not acceptable so we can't proceed. Finally the initial holding deposit will not refund. This is kind of cheating business.
The process of all of the paperwork and moving into the house went a lot smoother and quicker than expected with the help from C&D properties, especially receiving help from George and Jessica. Georgia was on the ball when it came to helping us getting through the process, and all of the staff working for C&D properties are so lovely to talk to and helpful with all enquiries. The house we are currently renting is perfect. Thanks so much guys!
Moved to liverpool in September through and went for a viewing with C & D Properties. The rental was perfect so we decided to go with it and they were very accommodating and helpful considering we needed to move over on a short time frame. Jessica and Georgia have been nothing short of amazing and have helped with any problem or question we had, can’t recommend enough!
