After applied for application for a property they demand for £40k + guaranter i dont know who can provide such a guaranter with hige wage , not even combine two guranter but one , and when we applied for the property they took £200 for reserving the property, after wasting alot a time and providing a guranter they said we have third party and after checking everything ur not eligible , and then they demanded first month rent for providing a guaranter from their own company or something…personally never recommend them with such a bad experience £40k+ guranter , Very disappointed
