Before approaching City Residential I was badly let down by two different estate agents, resulting in one honest apology and admission of shortcomings. As a result, I found myself approaching City Residential with some trepidation. Would this be another over-hyped failure and waste of time (which was costing me money)?<br><br>Not only did City Residential deliver, as promised, but they repeatedly steadied my nerve as the hugely complex process of selling leasehold property unfolded, with its endless ups and downs.<br><br>The estate agent is the vital link between buyer and seller and is the only person in the process involved with both. They helped me stay alert to the Fact that the buyer is also a human being and was probably as anxious as I was, as seller.<br><br>Harry, Finn and Lexie held the held the process together and helped me avoid impetuous decisions. I could not be more grateful and would recommend City Residential to anyone seeking to sell or buy in the city.<br><br>I hope never to have to do this again, but if I did, I know where I would go, without hesitation.

We started using City Residential when we decided to sell our property and look for another in the city centre. We began with emails to Lexie and Finlay and they were always quick to respond to viewing requests and any queries we had.<br>We had several viewings of multiple properties around the city centre and both Lexie and Finlay were professional and friendly. They were also flexible and tried their best to accommodate viewings around our work times. I’m actually disappointed in how my letting agent conducted himself, the apartment was super cute online and couldn’t view it in person as I’m in London taking care of my grandmother who is in her last days (she has cancer), I asked for a virtual viewing or a video only to be met with coldness as if I’m inconveniencing him? I’m very dissapointed, I was showing my grandma the apartment and everything. But no matter, other letting agencies have been more accommodating, I guess it wasn’t meant to be.
