Great service all round. We live quite some distance away from Liverpool but were buying an apartment for our son to live in so anticaped that it might be a bit stressful. Amber and Connor were fantastic and most helpful to make the whole experience stress free for us both at the viewing and handover. We were kept fully informed right through the process and they were most helpful in obtaining measurements for us so we could buy our furniture remotely in advance. Highly recommend from us. ⭐⭐⭐☆☆<br><br>The staff are always polite and pleasant when you manage to speak to them, which is the only reason I’m giving three stars instead of one. Unfortunately, the communication is extremely poor. Calls regularly go unanswered, and it shouldn’t be this difficult to contact a housing agent. Not everyone has the time to visit the office in person just to ask a simple question or get an update. Answering the phone is a basic expectation of customer service, and this branch really needs to improve in that area. The staff are friendly, but the lack of communication is frustrating and lets the overall service down.
I’m in the process of moving out for the first time, Millie has been so helpful and attentive throughout, highly recommend!
