We're so glad we chose Find Your Eden to sell our house. We had a great initial valuation with Fran, who gave us the no nonsense viewpoint we needed. No massive binders or brochures with the usual sales pitch, just a clearly experienced, honest opinion on our house, and comparables in the area. Our sale was not at all straightforward (we were selling and buying). We had to negotiate losing an initial buyer, coordinating some works on our house, all whilst holding onto the house we were buying and finding new buyers as quickly as possible. Everyone at Find Your Eden went above and beyond to help us. They'd pick up the phone whenever we called, and were responsive on email. They worked with the buyers, us, solicitors, and even the estate agents for the house we were buying to make sure we eventually got to the finish line. After living in my previous address for 25 years I decided to sell up and after looking at all the Estate agents on offer I chose Find Your Eden. One of the best decisions ever made. From the start and meeting Keir he was so welcoming and professional and you could tell his knowledge of the area and as an estate agent was second to none. During the sale I also had the pleasure to meet Fran and Georgie plus other members of the team. They keep you informed and at ease and are there for any assistance at all. They sold my house then after being blown away by the service I then started a rental apartment with themselves. The professionalism and attention to detail, of the whole team, was simply outstanding. From the first meeting I had no doubts we had chosen the right agent. Francesca came to value our house and did some viewings whilst Molly worked behind the scenes and managed the detail of the sale process.
